How it works

  1. The council approves a job

An extension, a loft, a porch: officially approved and ready to be built.

  2. We find it and sort it

We check every council planning register we cover, read each decision, filter out everything that isn't approved home building work, and sort the rest by project type, job size and the trades it needs.

  3. You get your list

By WhatsApp, email or in your online account: the area, the type of work and its size, for your trade and postcodes. We never hand out homeowners' addresses.

Questions trades ask

Are these real jobs?

Yes. Every one is a householder project the council has officially approved: extensions, lofts, porches, garage conversions and more. Each comes with the council's own reference and link, so you can check it yourself in seconds.

How quickly do I hear about them?

Every week. Each list has the jobs the council has approved since your last one, so you can write to the homeowner while they're still choosing who to use.

Why not just wait for homeowners to call me?

By the time they call, they're usually calling four other people too. Reaching them early means you're a name they already know, not one of five quotes.

How do I approach the homeowner?

With a letter. Our letters service is coming soon: you choose the job and write your letter, and we print and post it to the house for you, with our privacy notice inside. You never need the address. No cold calling, and no door-to-door selling.

How many jobs will I get?

It depends on your trade and how big your patch is. Builders and roofers get the most; specialist trades get fewer but often bigger jobs. Ask for the free list and you'll see the real numbers for your trade and postcodes before you pay anything.

Is it the same as lead sites?

No. You don't pay per lead, you don't bid against other trades for each job, and there's no contract. You get the approved home building jobs in your patch for one monthly price, and you decide which ones to chase.

What's in the free list?

The approved jobs in your trade and postcodes from the last 2 full months: what's being built, how big the job is, the month it was approved, and the postcode area. Members get the new jobs as soon as they're approved.

Do other trades get the same jobs?

Other members in your area see the same approvals, just as anyone could see a job board. But nobody's buying the lead from under you, and there's no auction. Founding places are limited to 25 per area.

What does it cost? Can I cancel?

Founding members pay £29 a month, locked in while you stay. No contract: cancel any time, from your account or by sending us a message. Terms.

I've just gone self-employed. Is it for me?

Especially. It shows you where the work is in your area before anyone else, which is exactly what you need when you're building your name.

Which areas do you cover?
